For member we offer free pickup and delivery. For regular customer we charge $5 for order under $30.

Yes. All orders must be $15 or more. You will stay be charge $15 if it is below minimum.

Feel free to leave your wash and fold and dry clean items with your doorman or somewhere else that you requested. Simplified Cleaner is not responsible for loss resulting from bags or items that are left unattended.

Customers are welcome to provide us their own detergent only if it is a single use disposable container or a pod.

Yes, it is very important that you separate laundry and dry cleaning items. Further, we ask that you take note of the cleaning instructions on all items of clothing before submitting them to us for cleaning. For hang dry, please separate these items and place them either in a separate plastic bag INSIDE the Wash and Fold bag.
